Catch the wire with the back of the mic clip & thread it through the label stitched to the back of the tie. Then run it down & along your waist to the beltpack.

The really pro way is a bit more invasive. Catch the wire to the back of the clip, then run it through your shirt, down to your waist, then come out near the beltpack. Usually the mic can be disconnected from the beltpack to make this easier.
